James Duband, COO

James Duband was most recently CEO of Credit One Debt Solutions Inc., a leading national provider of consumer debt relief services with over $100 million of debt under management.

In addition to running day-to-day operations at AlignNet, James currently maintains the role of Chairman of Creative Technology Inc., a technology development firm which features the 24hrleads.com lead management platform. In 2005, as President of the healthcare sales company Global Direct Inc., James negotiated its acquisition to eForce Media, an online marketing & media company (a Clearstone Venture) where he assumed the position of Vice President of Business Development.

While at eForce, he spearheaded the process of integrating telephony based executions into landing forms to convert web traffic for call based lead products, which have since become the focus of the industry.

Prior to Global Direct, James was Vice President of Sales at Lighthouse Marketing, a large call center producing $50,000 a day in sub-prime mortgage leads sales. Before entering the sales & marketing space, James spent several years working in Hollywood, including stops at A&R, Independent Film Production, and most notably 3 years in the agent program at United Talent Agency.
